Intralox’s compact parcel singulation system ably transforms a random input of parcels from a collector belt or from multiple merging lines into a streamlined flow of single-file parcels. The parcel singulators are available in either a low- medium throughput model, or a high speed option with a recirculation loop. Both options feature a much smaller footprint than other automated singulators.

The accuracy of the system ensures a steady parcel flow with proper orientation, dramatically reducing recirculation rates, mis-sorts, or jams due to side-by-sides, as well as the labor required to remedy such problems.
